Tractor Trek Sunday

On the 15th of August, 2021 in the village of Kelbrook, Lancashire there was a great roaring of 40 tractors old and new throughout the day. From Massey Ferguson to Ford tractors, young and old drivers participated in the event to raise money for the village hall. The 21.5 mile route took the drivers on ancient byways to local villages where there were many spectators. The run took a grand total of three hours, beginning at 10:30 AM and upon their arrival back to Kelbrook, the drivers raced each other by running to get their pie and peas with pastries made by the local villagers. A sum of £942.51 was made from the trek, these funds will be going towards upkeep of the village hall.
